The assistant now answers from your own ledger, with or without Booking Manager

Every source of truth is a slot with a house default. A vendor integration upgrades one slot; it is never a precondition.

Ask Dockestra “how did our season go” and it answers from the bookings it can see. Until this month that meant one thing: a Booking Manager account. From this release the assistant reads your own ledger in Dockestra when no Booking Manager key is configured, and says so in the first line of every answer.

Every source is a slot

Booking Manager is home to twelve thousand yachts, but not every broker’s. HubSpot is a fine CRM, but not every broker’s. Dockestra now treats each source of truth as a slot with a house default: your deals, your bookings, your calendar and your fleet live in Dockestra itself, and a vendor integration upgrades one slot when you have it.

  • Own bookings: your ledger in Dockestra, or your Booking Manager charterer account.
  • Availability: your own calendar, or Booking Manager’s.
  • The network: Booking Manager’s agent access, when you want to search beyond your fleet.

What does not change: the answer names where it came from. “Our own ledger in Dockestra for 2026, read a minute ago” is a sentence, not a footnote.
